You will be working in the company restaurant, where we serve a fresh, healthy, and surprising lunch every day for a diverse group of professionals.
The restaurant is modern and spacious, featuring an open kitchen and a sustainable look and feel. Our guests appreciate the personal attention, great coffee, and focus on healthy food. We also regularly provide banqueting services for meetings and events. With a team of three colleagues, we make sure everything runs smoothly—from kitchen prep to service on the floor. We follow a set daily structure, but there’s plenty of room for your own initiative and ideas.

As Sous chef at Siemens & Worley, Den Haag, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. You work according to our unique food concepts, which means you strike a perfect balance between working within established guidelines and showcasing your own creativity. Every day, you challenge yourself to surprise guests with varied dishes, prepared with attention to detail and inspired by different cuisines.
You maintain the quality of everything that leaves the kitchen and keep a sharp eye on details. Additionally, you are responsible for the administrative aspects of the kitchen. You ensure that HACCP guidelines are followed, orders are placed on time, and allergens are properly accounted for.

Unlike other chef positions, at Join Program, you don't have to work weekends! We are also generally closed in the evenings.
