The Evoluon is a UFO-shaped building in which various concepts are implemented and Vermaat provides the catering. For example, there is a restaurant and coffee corner for exhibition visitors in the 'museum section' and a meeting centre and large auditorium for business guests. The catering range is varied and diverse where we also consider sustainability and vega(n) options. We challenge you to see what you eat, recognise what you drink and taste what you smell. Together, we make the future tangible and create a connection between technology and food & drink. The Evoluon is open 7 days a week between 10.00 - 17.00 excluding banqueting events.
The team consists of 10 colleagues, both cooks and waiters. We also try to cooperate as much as possible with other locations in and around Eindhoven, such as the Airport and the two locations at TU/e. For new staff, we find it important and nice that they are open to working shifts at other locations from time to time. This broadens your knowledge, work fun and in this way we help each other through peak and off-peak moments.

You ensure that there are never meter-long queues of dishes. In between, you also help colleagues keep the restaurant clean and tidy. Before you leave, everything is clean in its place and the sink shines like never before! Colleagues are only too happy to have you around, because you always keep your head above water.
