Your team
You’ll be working with a close-knit team of more than 40 colleagues who contribute with passion and joy to the cultural experiences of our visitors.

Your job
As a Senior hospitality employee at Eye Filmmuseum, Amsterdam, you play a crucial role in the operational process and are responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks. You support team management and help provide guests with exceptional service.
You are actively involved in coordinating tasks on the floor, motivating and guiding the staff to work efficiently and with a guest-oriented approach. Additionally, you oversee adherence to quality and hygiene standards, assist in resolving any issues, and ensure seamless service, even during busy periods.
As a lead team member, you set an example by working alongside the team and inspiring a welcoming and energetic atmosphere. You ensure clear communication between the kitchen and service staff, keeping the guest experience at the heart of everything you do.
Your ingredients
- You have several years of experience in the hospitality industry and are now ready to take the next step toward a leadership role, such as floor manager or assistant hospitality manager.
- Leadership and inspiring colleagues come naturally to you.
