Sales Support Join Program

As a Sales Support Officer, you will play an essential role in supporting the sales team and ensuring an efficient workflow within the Join Programme. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks that contribute to the success of our sales team. This includes preparing and managing offers and contracts, maintaining customer data in our CRM system, and coordinating appointments between sales staff and customers. 

In addition, you will analyse sales data and prepare reports so that the team always has up-to-date information and insights. You act as the link between the sales team and other internal departments, ensuring that communication runs smoothly. With your accuracy and eye for detail, you ensure that the administrative processes run flawlessly, enabling the sales team to focus fully on achieving their goals. 

In short, in this role you will support the sales team in a way that is crucial to their success. You will contribute to the professionalism and efficiency of the Join Programme.
