As a (Senior) Sales Manager in the Amsterdam region, you collaborate with your colleagues from the sales and marketing team to drive revenue growth in the corporate catering market. With your industry network, entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial creativity, you’re motivated to achieve and exceed Join Program’s sales objectives. Ready to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with us through network activation and targeted approaches to potential clients? Absolutely! 😊

You excel as a negotiator, swiftly understanding customer needs by asking the right questions and actively listening. Analyzing market data, sales figures, and customer feedback, you identify areas for improvement. Building and maintaining relationships is your forte. Toward stakeholders—including catering suppliers, advisors, and other relevant catering partners—you foster long-term partnerships, ensuring that Join Program becomes the preferred choice for catering solutions. Your work environment is flexible: you spend an average of 1 to 2 days per week in the office, with the rest of the week on the road visiting (potential) clients in the Randstad region.

About the Team: The Sales & Marketing team consists of a total of 7 individuals. The sales department comprises 5 people (including this vacancy), while the marketing department has 2 members. In this role, you report to Fabienne, our Sales & Marketing Manager within Join Program.

Your ingredients

  • Positive mindset with relentless energy to break new ground to further grow a Join Programme. 
  • Strong commercial spirit and a networker constantly looking to create new opportunities.  
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective sales approaches. 
  • Creative and innovative in approaching the market and sales activities. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
  • A background in the foodservice market and/or real estate and facilities management world the is a must; 
  •  A proven track record in sales at innovative concepts/brands; 
  • A relevant network in our sales target group; 
  • Language skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
