Your job

As Regional Director, you have full ownership of the Uber food & hospitality program across EMEA and APAC. This is not a partial role, but end-to-end responsibility across strategy, operations, finance and governance.

You operate at the intersection of commercial, operational and client dynamics and act as the primary sparring partner for Uber at senior and executive level. You have a strong understanding of cultural differences and how to operate across multiple countries. You travel regularly within and beyond Europe to visit locations.

What you will do:

  • Lead multiple countries and teams on performance, quality and growth, both on-site and remotely
  • Hold (shared) P&L responsibility and actively steer financial performance and predictability
  • Own contractual KPIs and ensure commitments are not only met, but exceeded
  • Establish and maintain governance, structure and escalation processes in a fast-moving environment
  • Lead QBRs, annual reviews and strategic client conversations, bringing direction rather than reporting
  • Drive performance through data and benchmarks, translating insights into action
  • Initiate and implement structural improvements across operations and client experience
  • Coordinate global reporting and ensure alignment across regions, even when interests differ

Your ingredients

You are a senior leader, comfortable operating independently in an international, high-performance environment.

  • Extensive experience in an international hospitality or service-driven environment
  • Proven experience at senior/strategic level with end-to-end accountability
  • Strong track record in managing P&L, KPIs and performance, with clear business impact
  • Able to engage confidently with senior and executive stakeholders
  • Experience working in a matrix organization within an international context
  • Able to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution without losing oversight
  • Decisive and accountable, even in situations with incomplete information
  • Comfortable working internationally and travelling regularly; additional languages are a plus

You bring clarity in complexity, create stability where needed, and accelerate where it matters.
