You start your workday in your favorite outfit, enjoying a delicious cup of coffee, before warmly welcoming the first guests. At STACH, we believe it's important that you can be yourself and feel just as at home as we make our guests feel. During your shift, you usually work in a small team of 3–4 colleagues.

As a Horeca employee at STACH | Eurostar CS, Amsterdam, you combine the roles of retail assistant and hospitality staff in one. During our STACH onboarding, you'll learn everything about brewing the perfect coffee, crafting the most delicious STACH sandwiches, and creating eye-catching displays and counter presentations. You ensure the store always looks inviting, so guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in. Of course, you're also ready to prepare mouthwatering sandwiches and serve guests a fantastic cup of coffee—because at STACH, coffee is a big deal! You focus on delivering quality, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and, most importantly, greeting every guest with a big smile.
