Your job
As a Independently working cook at Vip Centre, Schiphol, you are responsible for preparing high-quality dishes for our VIP guests, working with the finest ingredients. You ensure that each dish meets the highest quality standards and is perfectly presented. In addition to cooking, you are also responsible for ordering supplies from vendors, monitoring quality, and adhering to HACCP standards. You have a thorough knowledge of allergens and ensure that guest preferences and dietary needs are always taken into account.
A selection of your responsibilities includes:
- Assisting in the development of new menus;
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of our culinary standards;
- Leading and coordinating staff to ensure the kitchen operates efficiently.
Your ingredients
- You have completed a culinary education, preferably as a chef de partie or similar;
- You are capable of working independently at a high level;
- You have a flexible mindset;
- You are eager to further develop yourself;
- You want to work in a dynamic and exclusive environment.
