Our client is CBRE, but we are a multi tenant location with multiple tenants. Our restaurant is called "Changing Dishes" and has a similar concept to La Place. We do not have an espresso bar, due to nearby Stach branch. We provide banqueting throughout the WTC. We offer vegetarian and vegan options according to Foodvision. Every day, 175 guests, both business and leisure, come here to enjoy delicious food at our Amsterdam Zuidas location. Working days Monday to Friday and working hours vary.
As a Independent Working Cook at WTC, Amsterdam, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. At Vermaat, we work with food concepts, which means you work within the frameworks set, but also have the freedom to show your recipes. Every day, you challenge yourself to offer guests variety with creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different cuisines. You are constantly vigilant about the quality of the dishes leaving the kitchen. You are also responsible for the administrative part of the kitchen. This includes ensuring HACCP compliance, timely ordering, and accurately mapping allergens.
With a team of seven, we serve our guests, but we will grow through new outlets in the adjacent tower of the WTC. Soon we will open a Bread Boss, Stach, rooftop bar and provide catering for Hof Amsterdam.
