Your workplace

Our client is CBRE, but we are a multi tenant location with multiple tenants. Our restaurant is called "Changing Dishes" and has a similar concept to La Place. We do not have an espresso bar, due to nearby Stach branch. We provide banqueting throughout the WTC. We offer vegetarian and vegan options according to Foodvision. Every day, 175 guests, both business and leisure, come here to enjoy delicious food at our Amsterdam Zuidas location. Working days Monday to Friday and working hours vary.

As a Independent Working Cook at WTC, Amsterdam, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. At Vermaat, we work with food concepts, which means you work within the frameworks set, but also have the freedom to show your recipes. Every day, you challenge yourself to offer guests variety with creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different cuisines. You are constantly vigilant about the quality of the dishes leaving the kitchen. You are also responsible for the administrative part of the kitchen. This includes ensuring HACCP compliance, timely ordering, and accurately mapping allergens.

 

Your team

With a team of seven, we serve our guests, but we will grow through new outlets in the adjacent tower of the WTC. Soon we will open a Bread Boss, Stach, rooftop bar and provide catering for Hof Amsterdam.

Your ingredients

  • The kitchen is your domain. Over the past few years, you have developed into an independent working chef;
  • You can work independently and take the lead when necessary;
  • Regulations in the areas of HACCP, occupational health and safety hold no secrets for you;
  • You know how to get things done. This means you can keep up the pace during busy times while maintaining high quality;
  • With your creativity, you manage to surprise guests time and again;
  • You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) upon request.
