Independent working cook Tech location

As a Independent Working Cook at this location, you quite literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. At Vermaat, we work with food concepts, which means you operate within established frameworks, but also have the freedom to bring your own recipes to life. Every day, you challenge yourself to offer guests variety through creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different cuisines. You maintain a constant focus on the quality of the dishes leaving the kitchen.

You’re also responsible for the administrative side of the kitchen. This includes ensuring HACCP guidelines are followed, orders are placed on time, and allergens are properly documented.

• The kitchen is your domain. Over the past few years, you have developed into an independently working chef;
• You can work independently and take the lead when needed;
• Regulations regarding HACCP, occupational health, and safety hold no secrets for you;
• You know how to get things done – meaning you keep up the pace during busy times while maintaining high quality;
• With your creativity, you manage to surprise guests time and again;
• You are able to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) upon request.
