Independent working cook Privium Eindhoven Airport

The Privium Lounge team at Eindhoven Airport consists of an Assistant Hospitality Manager, a Cook, and service staff who ensure that our guests lack for nothing.

As an independent cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality, and internationally inspired dishes for our travelers. Whether it's a luxurious breakfast, a healthy lunch, or small bites, your creativity and passion for good food will make each dish a true experience. You’ll work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and present dishes in a way that complements the lounge's ambiance.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting fresh, healthy, and refined dishes.
• Ensuring a flawless culinary experience in line with Privium's high standards.
• Collaborating with the lounge team and the Assistant Hospitality Manager to provide excellent service in a warm and welcoming environment.
• Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Reporting to the Executive Chef of Privium (based at Schiphol).
• Working 5 days a week (including various shifts).
• HACCP responsible.

• You are self-driven and capable of running and organizing your own kitchen.
• You have a keen eye for guests and understand what high-level service means.
• You enjoy experimenting with ingredients and creating surprising dishes.
• You have several years of experience as an independent cook.
• Working in a dynamic environment like an airport appeals to you.
• For this position, a background screening and a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) are required.
