Your job

At Vermaat you literally and figuratively show off your recipe. We do not work with standard menu cycles, so you have the freedom to compose your own menu. We like to give space to your ideas, tastes and recipes. Whether you make a luxury sandwich, a crispy salad, a fresh smoothie or a delicious hot dish. You will create something beautiful and tasty anyway! Every day you challenge yourself to offer the guests variation with creativity, eye for detail and knowledge of different cuisines.

Your Ingredients

  • You have completed a cook's education at MBO level, supplemented by at least 2 years of kitchen experience.
  • You actively follow food trends, because you are simply passionate about your profession and enjoy reading and learning more about delicious and responsible food.
  • You know what's going on in the world of food and drink and are happy to translate developments and innovations to your kitchen.
  • You prefer to work with a lot of freedom and with your own input and ideas (your 'personal touch').
  • You have knowledge of HACCP, occupational health and safety regulations.
