Welcome to Loyens & Loeff, the dynamic law firm in the heart of the Zuidas! Discover our spacious restaurant, where we prepare delicious dishes on-site using the latest equipment, along with a kitchen and bar for gatherings on the 17th floor—cooking with a view! The impressive interior matches the fantastic quality of the dishes we offer. From breakfast to lunch and dinner, our doors are open on weekdays from 7:30 AM to 8:00 PM. We proudly host business guests and welcome between 400 and 500 visitors each day.
A friendly and hardworking team of 16 colleagues, led by Assistant Hospitality Manager Ilona and Hospitality Manager Ruud. The team works with enthusiasm and a great sense of humor, supporting each other whenever needed, and takes pride in being part of both Loyens & Loeff and Vermaat.
As a Independent Working Cook at Loyens & Loeff, Amsterdam, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. At Vermaat, we work with food concepts, which means you work within the frameworks set, but also have the freedom to show your recipes. Every day, you challenge yourself to offer guests variety with creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different cuisines. You are constantly vigilant about the quality of the dishes leaving the kitchen. You are also responsible for the administrative part of the kitchen. This includes ensuring HACCP compliance, timely ordering, and accurately mapping allergens.
