Our team may be small, with just five people, but we are a close-knit group that’s always there for one another. We’re flexible and capable of handling any position, which allows us to easily cover for each other. The atmosphere is always warm and cheerful, and we share a lot of laughs together. Together, we form a strong and happy team that can take on any challenge!

As a Independent working cook at Irdeto, Hoofddorp, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. At Vermaat, we work with food concepts, which means you work within the frameworks set, but also have the freedom to show your recipes. Every day, you challenge yourself to offer guests variety with creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different cuisines. You are constantly vigilant about the quality of the dishes leaving the kitchen. You are also responsible for the administrative part of the kitchen. This includes ensuring HACCP compliance, timely ordering, and accurately mapping allergens.

• The kitchen is your domain. Over the past few years, you have developed into an independent working chef;
• You can work independently and take the lead when necessary;
• Regulations in the areas of HACCP, occupational health and safety hold no secrets for you;
• You know how to get things done. This means you can keep up the pace during busy times while maintaining high quality;
• With your creativity, you manage to surprise guests time and again;
• You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) upon request.
