At Equity Estate, you collaborate with a small, close-knit team in a dynamic environment to support both property managers and catering needs. You work closely with colleagues from Join Program, who focus on delivering exceptional catering services.

Your job

As Horecamanager at Stadhouder (Equity Estate), Zoeterwoude, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of processes and maintaining a strong food concept at your location. You focus on three key pillars: a motivated and energetic team, a restaurant that guests love to return to, and an unforgettable hospitality experience. As the face of the restaurant, you lead your team with enthusiasm and ensure the location comes to life.

What you do daily:

  • You elevate the guest experience to a higher level;
  • You optimize and refresh the menu offerings;
  • You achieve commercial and financial goals;
  • You keep administrative processes organized.

In the role of Horecamanager, you are the driving force behind the success of the hospitality concept within Stadhouder (Equity Estate), Zoeterwoude. You translate the vision of the Join Program into a successful operation by being present on the floor and staying sharp on what’s happening. You get energized by helping your team grow and ensure that everyone feels seen and appreciated.

Your ingredients

  • The hospitality industry is your home base, and as an experienced Horecamanager, you know exactly how to lead a team.
  • You bring at least 3 years of leadership experience and are ready for a new challenge at a new location:
  • A natural talent for leadership and the ability to inspire colleagues;
  • A strong sense of responsibility: you ensure the location runs optimally and maintain a positive work environment;
  • The ability to closely monitor the performance of your “store”: sales, labor costs, waste, and margins are clear to you;
  • Commercial and financial acumen that helps you achieve goals;
  • Creativity and knowledge to respond to the needs of clients and guests, while continuously innovating and developing;
  • With your enthusiasm and expertise, you make a difference at the location, taking both the team and the guest experience to the next level.
