As a Hospitality employee at Vip Centre, Schiphol, you are the exclusive point of contact for our guests regarding all things F&B. You are responsible for providing unparalleled service and going the extra mile to ensure each guest is taken care of, making their travel experience unforgettable. A selection of your responsibilities includes:

• Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant experience;
• Taking responsibility for every aspect of the guest's F&B experience;
• Working independently and as part of a team to provide seamless service that meets guest needs and expectations;
• Maintaining a high standard of hospitality and professionalism, ensuring that guests feel valued.

• Preferably, you have experience in high-end hospitality;
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
• A service-oriented mindset with the ability to exceed expectations;
