Your job

As a Hospitality employee at Vip Centre, Schiphol, you are the exclusive point of contact for our guests regarding all things F&B. You are responsible for providing unparalleled service and going the extra mile to ensure each guest is taken care of, making their travel experience unforgettable. In this role, you will gain access to our exclusive high-end development platform, where training is available to elevate your skills to the next level!

A selection of your responsibilities includes:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant experience;
  • Taking responsibility for every aspect of the guest's F&B experience;
  • Working independently and as part of a team to provide seamless service that meets guest needs and expectations;
  • Maintaining a high standard of hospitality and professionalism, ensuring that guests feel valued.

Your ingredients

  • Preferably, you have experience in high-end hospitality;
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
  • Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • A service-oriented mindset with the ability to exceed expectations;
  • You are willing to go the extra mile for our guests.
