Your job

As a hospitality team member at THE BUTCHER Schiphol Airport, you’re the face of our restaurant. With your smile and enthusiasm, you welcome travelers from all over the world and offer them a moment of calm (and a great burger) before they continue their journey.

You assist guests with their choices, take orders, serve with flair, and prepare drinks behind the bar. In between, you keep the restaurant tidy and make sure everything runs smoothly. Together with your colleagues, you create a warm, energetic atmosphere where teamwork and fun are at the heart of everything day in, day out.

Your ingredients

  • You have a hospitable mindset and take pride in making guests happy.
  • You have a good command of the English language.
  • You are flexible and adaptable.
  • You enjoy working in a team and support your colleagues whenever needed.
  • You can demonstrate that you have lived in the Netherlands continuously for at least 8 years.
