As a hospitality employee at Toni Loco Schiphol Airport, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You combine hospitality with efficiency and know exactly how to keep a busy service running smoothly. You have a natural ability to understand what guests need and create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere.

As a hospitality employee:

• Welcome and assist guests, and advise them on the menu;
• Take orders, prepare them, and serve them at the counter;
• Process payments and handle cash register duties;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace and shop environment;
• Support colleagues in the kitchen and service team whenever needed.

We are looking for a hospitable and energetic hospitality employee who enjoys getting things done. You feel at home in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working according to established procedures and recipes. You enjoy working together with colleagues and creating a welcoming experience for our guests.

• You preferably have previous experience in hospitality, but aspiring talent is also welcome to join our team;
• You always go the extra mile to create a welcoming guest experience and are a true team player;
• You are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays;
• You work neatly and hygienically, and remain calm and focused, even during busy periods;
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
