Your team

The Nike campus has a great team to provide food & beverage services to all places on campus. Together, they ensure that all our guests can enjoy delicious food and drinks in a welcoming and energetic environment! 
 

Your job

As Head Chef Meeting & Events, you are responsible for the culinary side of our events. Your responsibilities include:

  • Daily culinary service: Together with your team, you’ll prepare and serve breakfast, coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, and dinners for groups ranging from 10 to 200 guests.
  • Creative menu development: You’ll work with our standard banqueting & events catering book, but also create off-menu dishes tailored to client wishes and event themes—this is where we truly make a difference.
  • Leading the kitchen team: You’ll inspire and motivate your team to achieve the highest culinary standards.
  • Quality control: Ensure consistent quality of all dishes while upholding hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Cross-department collaboration: Coordinate with event coordinators and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Catering book development: Create a new catering book three times a year that reflects the latest trends and client needs.
  • Working with the Food Curator: Collaborate with our food curator to develop new recipes and improve existing menus.
  • Financial responsibility: Ensure the kitchen operations and offerings are financially sound and sustainable.

  • You own the kitchen – over the years, you’ve grown into an experienced and versatile Head chef. You combine a passion for cooking with a keen eye for organization and quality.

  • You’re experienced in setting up efficient workflows and can balance speed with quality.
  • HACCP, health & safety are second nature to you – everything runs like clockwork under your supervision.
  • Even during peak moments, you stay in control and deliver top-quality dishes.
  • Your creative ideas consistently surprise and delight guests.
