With the various catering venues on the circuit, we are busy every day. A day at Mickey's café, spinning drinks as host/hostess in the Redbull lounge, barbecuing outside on the terrace of the Dutch Grand Prix Lounge or and awesome party in our Champions lounge, Here you will find a new challenge every day! Each location has its own unique view over the circuit where we welcome our guests for a culinary interpretation. 

Your team

Full throttle together! This team is ready to give 100% every day during the coolest events, drinks, dinners and parties. Having fun with the guests and each other, the formula for our success! This team has also been nominated as 1 of the 5 nicest teams of Vermaat 2023! 

Your job

At this location, you can certainly express your culinary talents. As head chef at Vermaat, you will be challenged every day to serve guests a varied menu.You will start the day with a nice cup of coffee and catch up with your colleagues. You put love into all the dishes on the menu and work with the Executive Chef to optimise the menu even further. You manage your team to make every day a top day. Whether the terrace is jam-packed or it's a slightly quieter day, all dishes are deliciously served.

As head chef, you are responsible for the entire kitchen and manage the kitchen team. You deal with work schedules and place orders with our suppliers. Making the team enthusiastic gives you satisfaction, as does striving for the best result every day. Because quality is important to you in your work. In addition, you are familiar with managing costs, productivity and as little waste as possible.

Your ingredients

  • You have a completed cooking education at MBO level, complemented by at least 3 years of kitchen experience.
  • You have experience in managing a kitchen team.
  • You have good knowledge of allergies, dietary requirements, food trends and preparation times, and know how to apply this knowledge intelligently in practice.
  • You have knowledge of regulations in the field of HACCP, working conditions and safety.
  • You know what is going on in the world of food and drink and like to translate developments and innovations to your kitchen.
