General manager Nike (Ref. 3347)

Per June 1st we are going live the Nike EHQ Campus in Hilversum. We seek a General manager with a proven track record for our key Nike account. You take hospitality to the next level with the current management team. Can you find the right balance between improving hospitality and operational excellence? And do you have considerable experience in stakeholder management and working in a highly demanding, flexible, and creative environment? Then this job is right for you!

Your ingredients

Leadership and stakeholder management

  • You are a designated partner for Nike developing our Food concept and operational service together with them and bringing it to the next stage, evaluating on both strategic and tactical levels. Based on user and client feedback, you lead goals into a concrete roadmap and actions.
  • You are the liaison between the Nike Global Places and Services team, our on-site operational management team, and supporting Join Program teams.
  • You embrace Join Program vision and concept to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential. Ensure individual and team performance and happiness meets objectives and client expectations.

Lead reporting and innovation roadmap

  • You maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships. Identify client needs and communicate tactical and operational progress. You lead the innovation roadmap using Join Program’s creative and unique iterative process.
  • You set up and lead the strategic and tactical meeting structure with the Nike GPS team.
  • You are responsible for our rhythm of business, preparing and leading the Quarterly Business Reviews and financial business metrics; you record these and turn them into concrete actions.
  • You are keen on the latest trends and innovation and, with our formula management and curators, translate these into updated services and food offerings.

Commercial, financial, and data management

  • You ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements. Deliver client and company business metrics and financial targets.
  • You steer the operational team using all Join Program’s processes and systems.
  • You analyze the operational and financial data and set up and lead commercial improvements.
  • You analyze several qualitative and quantitative value-based data streams and set up and lead improvements.
  • You educate the management teams on using data to improve daily service and commercial performance.

Your ingredients

  • At least 7-10 years of work experience
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in a management of larger teams
  • Having an International profile with experiences in international job(s)
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills
  • Experience in high demanding hospitality management
  • Experience in complex stakeholder management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired.
