Your job
As a Floormanager at Vip Centre, Schiphol, you are the inspiring force that motivates your team every day to bring out the best in themselves. You create a positive work atmosphere where everyone enjoys their work and ensures a welcoming, high-quality service that makes our guests happy.
You always keep an overview and make sure everything runs smoothly—from actively participating in daily operations to managing orders. With your eye for quality and hospitality, you make every interaction special and ensure that every guest leaves with a smile.
A glimpse of your responsibilities:
- A clear vision of excellent service and hospitality;
- Responsible for all orders;
- Actively involved in daily operations;
- Analyzing and optimizing the guest experience.
Your ingredients
- You already have experience in the high-end hospitality sector and know how to lead a team;
- You ensure that every guest leaves with a smile;
- You are flexible;
- You can quickly and efficiently respond to unexpected situations;
- You have a strong command of both Dutch and English;
- You can demonstrate that you have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 consecutive years.
