As Floormanager at Siemens & Worley, Den Haag, you are the driving force behind your own restaurant. You manage everything: from preparing lunch and setting up the buffet to placing orders, guiding guests, and handling the administration. Together with your team, you create delicious dishes and drinks daily, surprising guests with new flavors and creative recipes.
During mealtimes, you ensure that your guests have a fantastic experience. With a chat here and there, you create a personal atmosphere and build a connection with the guests. After the service, you handle the administrative tasks, such as placing orders, recording hours, and communicating with the client. When you leave for the day with a sense of accomplishment, you know that your location is in perfect order.
