Hey entrepreneur! Come and work at this cool location of Vermaat. As a floormanager at this location you are an expert in managing and coaching the team. You also work in the operation, you make coffee and help prepare lunch. You provide a beautiful total experience for our guests, yourself and the team. In addition, you are operationally, commercially and financially responsible. Your taste, tastes like more!

Your job

You are responsible for the daily operation and you are the point of contact for the team and your guests. When busy, you do not panic: you keep an overview and ensure that the team knows what is expected of them. Of course, you’re also the person that likes to work on the floor with the team. As a proud cooperating manager you ensure that your vision of good hospitality and hospitality is put into practice by the team. You also think about promotions to generate more guests, surprise regular guests, improve the range or take the guest experience to an even higher level. In short: you get to know all facets of running your own catering business. And that is of course very interesting for your future.

Your ingredients

  • You are no longer a rookie, you can't, because you bear a great responsibility.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality sector in a managerial role.
  • You are creative and know how to come up with new ideas like no other.
  • You excel in commercial and financial terms and know better than anyone how to manage a team.
  • You are an entrepreneur in heart and soul, your own business fits perfectly with your ambition.
