Welcome to WILS, the fine dining restaurant located next to the Olympic Stadium on the third floor of Move. The culinary jewel of Move and PON headquarters, we serve gourmet dishes prepared on an open fire, awarded with 1 Michelin star. Although we do not offer banqueting, we occasionally provide catering out of doors. Our guests include both business visitors and leisure guests. Enjoy an intimate atmosphere and outstanding service. With around 30 guests for lunch and 80 guests for dinner, we offer an exclusive experience. WILS is open from Tuesday to Saturday.

Your team

Our dedicated team works 4 days a week, including 3 long days (12:00-00:00) and 1 short day (17:00-01:00). Experience the culinary splendour of WILS and experience an unforgettable evening!

Your job

As the general manager's right-hand man, you are committed to ensuring that every guest leaves with a satisfied feeling. You are responsible for the daily operations and are the point of contact for both the team and your guests. You are also a cooperating foreman or woman who, in addition to providing leadership, keeps an overview and supports his or her team by helping out on the floor.

Besides your work on the floor, you assist the general manager with administration, orders and schedules. You will also help think about actions to generate more guests, surprise regular guests, improve the product range or raise the guest experience to an even higher level. In short: it is an entrepreneurial role in which you will learn all aspects of running your own hospitality business. ;

Your ingredients

You have several years of (managerial) experience in the hospitality industry and now want to take the next step and develop into a managerial position. Managing and enthusing colleagues is in your nature. With your knowledge and creativity, you know how to respond well to different guests and are constantly looking for innovation and development.

Furthermore:

  • You have demonstrable managerial experience in a professional hospitality environment, banqueting and/or the events industry;.
  • You are proactive and a real organisational talent;.
  • You have affinity and/or experience in the high-end sector;.
  • You have an open attitude, are direct, have good communication skills and can change gear quickly.
