You are the main point of contact for your colleagues and, of course, for the guests. You know all the ins and outs of the procedures, the menu, and how to provide guests with a pleasant experience. As a working foreman/woman, you bring calm and ensure that everyone knows what is expected. Together with the team, you make a difference for the guest and ensure there is always a moment of enjoyment.

For the hospitality manager at the location, you are a true support and confidant as the first employee. You roll up your sleeves and help with various other tasks. This includes making schedules, purchasing, opening and closing the establishment, or handling some administration. You also actively work to successfully manage all requests for meetings and events. Additionally, as the first employee, you regularly surprise your hospitality manager with great ideas. Do you contribute to the menu? Do you see an opportunity to make our guests even happier?
