Our team consists of 15 colleagues aged 15-28. It is a close-knit and sociable team.

You are the point of contact for your colleagues and, of course, for the guests. You know all the ins and outs of working methods, the menu and how to give guests a pleasant experience. As a cooperating foreman/woman, you bring peace and make sure everyone knows what is expected. Together with the team, you make sure you make a difference for the guest and that there is still a moment of pleasure.

For the hospitality manager at the location, you are a real supportive assistant. You roll up your sleeves to help with all kinds of other tasks as well. Think about making schedules, purchasing, opening and closing the shop or a bit of administration. You are also actively involved in successfully handling all requests for meetings and parties. In addition, as the first employee, you regularly surprise your catering manager with great ideas. Do you think about the menu? Do you see an opportunity to make our guests even more comfortable? • You have several years of (managerial) experience in the hospitality industry and now want to take the next step and develop into a managerial position such as floor manager / assistant hospitality manager.
• Managing and enthusing colleagues is in your nature.
• With your knowledge and creativity, you know how to respond to the different guests and you are constantly looking for innovation and development.
• You are eager to learn and always go the extra mile.
• Friends and family find you utterly hospitable.
