1. Rinsing the dishes thoroughly.
2. Loading the dishwasher.
3. Storing the clean dishes in their proper places.
4. Keeping the dishwashing area clean.

You make sure there are never long queues of dirty dishes. In between, you also assist colleagues in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. Before you leave, everything is back in its place, and the dishwashing area shines like never before!
