“Good morning!” You enter your dishwashing area. After enjoying a cup of coffee and chatting with colleagues, you put on your work attire; you’re ready to get things done! You ensure a smoothly running dishwashing area by:

1. Rinsing the dishes thoroughly.
2. Loading the dishwasher.
3. Storing the clean dishes in their proper places.
4. Keeping the dishwashing area clean.

You make sure there are never long queues of dirty dishes. In between, you also assist colleagues in maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. Before you leave, everything is back in its place, and the dishwashing area shines like never before! Your colleagues appreciate having you around because you always keep your head above water

We can describe you as a go-getter. By this, we mean that you ensure the barista never runs out of clean cups. You notice when something needs to be done. You work in an organized manner. You make sure the dishwashing area looks neat, and the materials are stored in the right places. You’re a team player. In between tasks, you willingly assist colleagues in keeping the restaurant clean and tidy. You’re a stable presence in our dishwashing area.
