You’ll be part of a large and close-knit team of around 25–28 colleagues, led by hospitality manager Siu. It’s an international team, so English is regularly spoken in the workplace. Teamwork, enjoyment, and professionalism are at the heart of everything we do.

As a Chef at Huawei, Rijswijk, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. At Vermaat, we work with food concepts, meaning you follow set guidelines while also having the freedom to bring your own recipes to life. Every day, you support the kitchen team to ensure guests are the top priority. You are eager to learn and improve a little more each day.

• The kitchen is your domain. You have some experience but are eager to keep improving your skills;
• You are curious and follow instructions from your colleagues well;
• HACCP, occupational health, and safety regulations hold no secrets for you;
• You know how to get things done, especially during peak moments;
• With your creativity, you continuously surprise guests;
• You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) upon request.
