The Rouhi team is a big family, where everyone is heard. We help each other where necessary and do not hesitate to step outside our comfort zone to help colleagues. For instance, the kitchen staff sometimes serves food and the service team helps finish dishes. Nothing is left unsaid and fairness is high on our list of priorities. 

Besides washing, cutting, baking, cooking and so on, you also take responsibility in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. You replenish ingredients, keep an eye on stocks and make sure everything leaves the kitchen fresh and tidy. You also work well with the waiters to make sure there are no surprises. With you working in the kitchen, our guests are more than satisfied. And your kitchen colleagues like you too, because you tidy everything up, clean thoroughly and are keen to comply with HACCP guidelines. Would you like to help with purchasing or administration? No problem for you either.

• Preferably, you already have similar work experience, but you can also come to us as an up-and-coming talent. In any case, you feel at home in the hospitality industry.
• Working in a fixed team, contact with regular guests and working during office hours; working in the corporate hospitality sector suits you.
• Love goes through the stomach when it comes to food & drink.
• Like us, you think team atmosphere is very important.
