As a Chef de partie at Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. Every day, you challenge yourself to offer guests variety through creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of different cuisines. You remain vigilant about the quality of the dishes leaving the kitchen. Additionally, you are responsible for the administrative aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that HACCP guidelines are followed, orders are placed on time, and allergens are properly documented.

  • The kitchen is your domain. Over the past few years, you have developed into an independent chef.
  • You can work independently and take the lead when necessary.
  • Regulations regarding HACCP, occupational health, and safety are no secrets to you.
  • You know how to get things done. This means you can work at a fast pace, even during busy times, without compromising on quality.
  • With your creativity, you consistently surprise the guests.
