Chef Atlas Taste

The Vermaat team at Atlas Taste is a small but close-knit team. We go through fire for each other and working together. Together, we make sure we go for the best of the best. Outside working hours, we also regularly have a drink and can be found at Vermaat Events. At Events, employees from outside come to support us. Whoever this is, everyone is welcome!

At Atlas Taste, you literally and figuratively showcase your recipe. We are developing a new concept, which means that you work according to the frameworks set out herein, but also have freedom to show off your recipe. Every day, you challenge yourself to offer guests variety with creativity, an eye for detail and knowledge of different cuisines. You are constantly alert to the quality of the products that leave the kitchen. You are also responsible for the administrative part of the kitchen. For example, you make sure that the HACCP is complied with, orders are placed on time and allergens are properly mapped. 

The kitchen is your domain. In recent years, you have developed into a fully-fledged chef. Furthermore:

• Can work independently and take charge where necessary;
• HACCP, health and safety regulations hold no secrets for you.
• You know how to get to work. By this we mean that you keep up the pace in the busy season and keep the quality high.
• With your creativity, you know how to surprise guests time and again.
• You know how to turn your creativity into (commercial) opportunities.
