Welcome to our new espresso bar, located in the Just Eat Takeaway building, known for services like thuisbezorgd.nl, in beautiful Enschede! We offer an extensive menu that includes sandwiches, soups, salads, and hot snacks. You can order online through the Thuisbezorgd.nl platform or at the counter of our espresso bar.

On the 5th floor, the aroma of fresh coffee greets you! Our espresso bar is the perfect spot for a cup of coffee or tea, or a delicious breakfast or lunch. Throughout the building, there are also coffee machines in the pantries for Just Eat employees to use. Additionally, we provide catering and events, such as lunches for meetings and social gatherings during sports events and launches. Our guests are Just Eat employees and their invitees.

We primarily work during the day, but for a party or gathering, you are the right person to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Your team

The team you will be working with is a small, completely new team! We will do everything we can to make this location a success together with you. Since it is a new location that is literally being built, you will have a lot of input in improving the processes! Additionally, like the rest of your colleagues, you will be frequently present on the work floor, and as a team, you will be responsible for the culinary offerings at the location. You enjoy doing this! As a team, you ensure that every Just Eat colleague is heard and their needs are met. Your job

“Good morning!” You woke up on the right side of the bed and are eager to get started. As a catering employee at Just Eat Takeaway, Enschede, you make the restaurant 100% ready for one of the most important moments of the day. You help prepare all the dishes and drinks your guests are looking forward to.

Then it’s mealtime. You welcome the guests in a hospitable manner, as only you can. This allows you to personalize your service! And even better; the guests know you by now too.

After mealtime, you get to work cleaning up and preparing for the rest of the day and tomorrow. Additionally, you make (meeting) people happy with a cup of coffee, a snack, or a drink. Thanks to your friendly service, everyone is very satisfied, and you can go home with a fulfilled feeling.

Your ingredients

  • Ideally, you already have some hospitality experience, but even as an emerging talent, you are welcome with us. You feel at home in the hospitality industry;
  • You know that working in hospitality can be physically demanding;
  • You always go the extra mile, especially when it comes to hospitality and service;
  • Love goes through the stomach when it comes to food and drinks;
  • At Vermaat, safety is fundamental. Our guests can count on a food-safe environment because you take it seriously every day;
  • You can provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) upon request.
