Your workplace

At Designer Outlet Roosendaal, you can visit La Place. Here you can enjoy delicious sandwiches, soups, smoothies and more freshly prepared dishes. We also offer sweet treats and coffee. La Place is open daily between 08.00 - 20.00.

Your team

The team consists of 40 colleagues managed by a hospitality manager. The ages range between 15 - 60. In addition, we have many colleagues who are having a gap year and therefore come to work at La Place for fun.

Your job

One minute you are clearing the tables and tidying up the buffet and the next you are spreading a nice sandwich, mixing a smoothie or serving a salad. Then you run another super-fast checkout. During the restaurant's peak hours, you manage to keep the buffet well-stocked and inviting.

Your ingredients

  • Hospitality experience or enthusiasm to learn this trade;
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Guest-oriented with attention to service and quality;
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude;
