Barista Nike

The Nike campus has a great team to provide food & beverage services to all places on campus. Together, they ensure that all our guests can enjoy delicious food and drinks in a welcoming and energetic environment! 
 

As a barista, you will work in one of the location's espresso bars. In the early morning, you make sure the barista bar looks spick and span. You will also make all kinds of coffee and tea while having a nice chat with the guests. They are always happy to see you again!

Together with a team of baristas, you are responsible for the bar. In the morning, you welcome guests with a smile and get everything ready for peak hours. After a good lunch, guests like to come back for a cup of coffee and/or some goodies. At the end of the day, you clean the bar properly, pass on orders for the next day and make sure everything is already prepared for the next busy working day to come. Helping colleagues in the restaurant or pantry can also be part of your job. We are one big team and are always helping each other.

You love making coffee, are guest-oriented, enthusiastic and have an eye for quality. We have 7-hour shifts between 07:00-18:00. Our barista trainer organises regular training at various levels.

• You have at least 1 year of experience in making great coffees. You are a certified barista or would like to become one.
• We could describe you as a go-getter. By this we mean, for example, that you are proactive and make sure that all delicacies are replenished on time before they run out.
• Satisfied guests give you energy. You make sure they can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee.
• Cooperation is your middle name; you enjoy helping others.
