Hey coffee lover! Do you love working with the espresso machine and are you ready to work in an international workplace as a Barista in our brand-new Booking Campus (opening May 2023)? Or perhaps you love working in hospitality and can’t wait to develop your barista skills? Come and work with us at Booking.com on Mondays to Fridays between 7.00 am and 6.00 pm. In this role you are the first point of contact for many guests every day. They come to you for a delicious coffee, tea or breakfast and a brief chat. In our team we always help each other out in the kitchen, bar or in banqueting if needed. Join our team!

Your job

As a Barista you will be working in one of our brand-new espresso bars in the Booking Campus. You start in the bar in the early morning preparing small breakfasts before the coffee run starts. The guests are happy to see you and can't wait to enjoy their barista coffee from you! You make all kind of coffees and chat with the guests. You are responsible for the bar together with a team of baristas.In the mornings you prepare the breakfast, set up for the rush hour and after a good lunch they come back for a nice coffee and maybe something sweet. In the afternoon you stock the bar, clean up and make sure we’re ready for the next busy day!

If your restaurant colleagues need help, of course you don’t mind helping out, as that’s what we do in our team. You love making coffee, are hospitality minded and have a good eye for quality. Want to improve your coffee and latte art skills? No problem, you’re welcome to join the barista training sessions organised by our barista trainer. We operate different shifts between 7.00 am and 5.30 pm. Each shift is 7 hours.

Your ingredients

  • You are already a barista or you are willing to learn to be a barista
  • You are available between 7.00 am and 5.30 pm, 1 - 5 days a week
  • You love surprising guests with great coffee and breakfast every day
  • You are hospitality minded, have a positive mindset and speak English
