As a Barista at B. Amsterdam, Amsterdam, you are the coffee specialist and the face of the coffee service. You combine craftsmanship with a warm welcome for every guest. With your knowledge and enthusiasm, you turn every coffee into an experience, ensuring that guests return for a perfectly brewed espresso or a creatively executed latte art. Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving a variety of coffee specialties to the highest standards;
• Advising guests on the coffee menu and catering to their personal taste preferences;
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and ensuring the upkeep of coffee machines;
• Monitoring the quality and freshness of coffee beans and other ingredients;
• Actively contributing to the ambiance and appearance of the location, leaving a positive impression on guests.

With your passion for coffee and hospitality, you ensure that every cup is prepared with care and attention. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise while bringing a smile to every guest’s face.

• You have already made your mark as a Barista and craft the most delicious coffees.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry;
• You understand that working in hospitality can be physically demanding;
• You always go the extra mile, especially when it comes to hospitality and service;
• You believe that food and drink bring people together and show your passion for them;
• Safety is a cornerstone at Vermaat. Our guests can count on a food-safe environment because you take it seriously every day;
• You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) upon request.
