McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam. Here, we provide a lunch restaurant and a Working Café. At the lunch restaurant, we have space for 250 guests and offer various vega(n) dishes. At the Working Café, two baristas are on hand daily to serve the tastiest coffees and delicacies. At McKinsey & Company, we also have several meeting rooms for which we provide banqueting services. This location is easily accessible by public transport and open Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 17:00.

Your team

The catering manager manages the team of 11 enthusiastic colleagues on a daily basis. At this location, we have a chef, sous chef, independent working chef, dishwashers, catering/banqueting staff and baristas.

Your job

As a banquet manager, your enthusiasm and drive empower you to motivate your team, ensuring seamless daily banqueting operations. You guide and support them in their daily tasks, creating a perfect guest experience through personalized attention and service orientation. But that’s not all—your critical eye and perfectionism drive you to strive for an even better outcome every day.

As a banquet manager, you play a crucial role in collaborating with clients and external parties. You excel at translating their needs into operational solutions and providing valuable advice. Your challenge lies in working with your team to deliver the best product efficiently, guaranteeing an optimal guest experience. And that’s what brings you joy!
