Our varied menu offers everything from freshly made sandwiches to hot meals to meet the needs of our diverse workforce. We also provide banqueting, which can vary from week to week depending on planned events and meetings. The working environment is professional but welcoming, with a strong focus on teamwork and quality.
The team at Yamaha consists of five dedicated colleagues who work closely together to provide excellent service. The atmosphere within the team is warm and supportive, with everyone always willing to lend a hand. Together, we ensure that every guest feels welcome and enjoys their meal. As a Ass. Horecamanager at Yamaha, Schiphol, you are the support and confidant of the hospitality manager, but also of the team and the guests. Everyone can come to you with questions. You observe and participate in operations, administration, and commercial activities. You get a taste of all aspects of running a hospitality business. You assist with creating schedules, purchasing, and (personnel) administration.
Additionally, you contribute to the development of our assortment, continuously innovating and improving our offerings and hospitality. You are a role model for others in terms of guest experience. And if the hospitality manager is absent, you are ready to keep things running smoothly.
