Your job

As a Assistant hospitality manager at Vip Centre, Schiphol, you are the essential link between the team and the hospitality manager. You ensure everything runs smoothly and step in wherever needed. From managing staff to coordinating the daily operations, you always maintain an overview and can quickly adapt when unexpected situations arise. With your energy and enthusiasm, you motivate the team to perform at their best, even during the busiest times. You ensure that the operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

A selection of your responsibilities includes:

  • Being responsible for orders, administration, and scheduling;
  • Contributing ideas to attract more guests;
  • Analyzing how we can elevate the guest experience;
  • Actively participating in the recruitment process for new team members.

Your ingredients

  • You have several years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality;
  • You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and inspire your colleagues;
  • With your knowledge and creativity, you are skilled at adapting to different types of guests and are constantly seeking innovation and development;
  • You have a flexible mindset;
  • You have a strong command of both Dutch and English;
  • You have a hospitable mindset and find satisfaction in making guests happy;
  • You can demonstrate that you have lived in the Netherlands for at least 8 consecutive years.
