As a assistant hospitality manager at Huawei, Rijswijk, you are the support and confidant of the hospitality manager, but also of the team and the guests. Everyone can come to you with questions. You observe and participate in operations, administration, and commercial activities. You get a taste of all aspects of running a hospitality business. You assist with creating schedules, purchasing, and (personnel) administration.

Additionally, you contribute to the development of our assortment, continuously innovating and improving our offerings and hospitality. You are a role model for others in terms of guest experience. And if the hospitality manager is absent, you are ready to keep things running smoothly.

• You have at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and have ambitions to step into a leadership role;
• Team spirit is second nature to you; you know how to motivate the team and ensure a good team atmosphere;
• Hospitality runs through your veins. You provide guests with an unforgettable experience;
• You are an administrative talent. You handle administrative tasks with ease and assist in creating schedules;
• You can provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG) upon request.
