Started in 1978 as a delicatessen shop, we have now grown into the leading specialist in tailored hospitality and one of the largest hospitality employers in the Netherlands, with more than 500 locations across the country. Our hospitality services are almost always housed under someone else’s roof: within various companies, at airports, in museums, hospitals, zoos, and much more.

Food vision

At Vermaat, we have been committed for years to making the world of food and drink healthier, more sustainable, and more social. More than ten years ago, we started our program for Socially Responsible Entrepreneurship, and in 2018, this became our Food Vision 2022. Over the past years, we have made great progress, but we also see that there is still much to achieve. For the coming five years, we have set ambitious new goals, which are outlined in our Food Vision 2027.
