Community
The Barista community consists of Vermaat barista's who share a passion for coffee. Sharing knowledge, connecting, and inspiring each other are central values. The community encourages employees to learn from one another and to continually deepen their expertise.
Chefs
Community
The Chefs community consists of a core team of executive chefs and cooks with a passion for cooking. They are all enthusiastic about effectively onboarding and training fellow chefs, as well as developing new food innovations and inspiring others.
Hostmanship
Community
The Hostmanship community is a group of Vermaat employees with knowledge of and passion for Hostmanship, which means hospitality. By sharing experiences, ideas, and stories about hospitality within the community, we learn from each other.
Talent game awards
Growing talent is important, but celebrating your talent is just as much. That’s why every year, with the Vermaat Talent Game Awards, we search for our top talents: colleagues who truly excel in their specialty. Colleagues can nominate each other in six categories, and after a challenging final day, there is one best barista, one best hospitality employee, one best hospitality manager, one best all-star, one best chef, and one best team.
