With its 100 seats, diversity of guests and informal atmosphere, the restaurant is a unique place for a special experience. And therefore your workday is also different every time. WILS

This high-end restaurant in Amsterdam is all about FIRE! Wils offers a rich culinary experience, with guests being surprised, literally, ‘from soup to nuts’. The restaurant’s in-view open fire is used to prepare all the ingredients, ranging from vegetables to fish and from cheese to desserts. Wils offers wonderful views of the Olympic Stadium and the Olympic Torch. And did you know we received a Michelin star this year?

Hemel & Aarde

Hemel & Aarde is located in the Polman’s Huis, sharing the building with Hotel The Nox, within spitting distance of the St. Janskerkhof in Utrecht’s city centre. This exceptional restaurant opened in the city in 2021, presided over by a celebrated Utrecht-based chef de cuisine. A new restaurant means a new team with fresh new energy, and our team of around 15 to 20 members works hard to offer our guests perfect hospitality.
